Q: This is my first time, what do you recommend?
A: We offer several specials for new clients! Our Getting Started Offer is a two time special offer. It allows you to order a full head of I-Link or Kera-Link hair and save $100! We also send you a “discount code” after your class with a 5% discount for your first order, so don’t forget to use it!

Q: What is REMY hair?
A: REMY Hair is the highest grade/quality for 100% human hair. The hair has the cuticle intact and is all going in the same direction. This causes the hair to be resistant to fraying or tangling.
Q: How many strands in each package?
A: In the AcademyPRO Hair line there are 20 strands (Fantasy and Feather LOOK (synthetic) have 10 strands in a packages).
Donna Bella’s Kera-Link and I-Link have 20 strands in a package and their Tape-In have 10 wefts at 1.5” width in a package.
Cinderella Hair Extensions have 25 strands per package…..you can purchase a Cinderella Color Ring….at a substantial discount through our webstore or by calling 1-888-805-6979
Q: Why AcademyPro as opposed to other companies?

Q: Where does your hair come from?
A: India, where the hair is donated at the Temple after a blessing. The women cut their beautiful hair so that it may be sold and the proceeds are used to feed the homeless, fund orphanages, and support schools.
Shipping and Returns
Q: When will I get my order?
we receive an order, online or over the phone, we immediately begin
packing it. We get most orders out the same day as long as we receive
them before 2:00 PM EST. However we still recommend that you place your
order about a week before your clients scheduled appointment if

As to exactly how fast you will receive your order we cannot say in general. Although when you place your order with us not only will our representative be able to tell you a time, FedEx will also send you tracking updates to your e-mail.
Q: What if I need to return my order?
A: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order date. The hair must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. There will be a 10% restocking fee and we do not cover the return shipping. The balance will remain on your account as a credit to use on future purchases. Any other concerns are addressed on an individual basis by a Company representative by calling 1-888-805-6979.
For ALL Student Kit Purchases and Appliance purchases online or at class are not refundable. All are Final Sales. Keep in mind ALL APPLIANCES have a LIFETIME WARRANTY and will be replaced if not working properly. Please call office 1-888-805-6979 or email us for any questions or concerns.
